Starting Out :)
I thought I'd start a blog, in hopes it would inspire me to not only cook more, but cook things that are worth posting about! Get me ready for Italy...

The process is a very delicate matter. I will decide whether to post it in a post-by-post way... sometimes the experience is more important than the cooking part :)
